Water is fed to the various appliances via brass taps and then drains into the built-in tank under the floor. The wash basin is original and bears a china mark consisting of a shield containing the letters AVA over a flower. The taps are original as are the drain plugs and chains for each . The bath is a modern replacement. The missing items are a shower and WC. Complete with mirror, towel rail and coat hooks in brass. Overall in Excellent Condition.
